Hi. I am used to interact throught voice chat with chat gpt and this week i tried more deeply the advanced voice chat. But it happened that i was receiving answers of low qualitity. Voice felt less emotional, answers were too generic and overall not that creative and mindful as the previous one.
It is true that the voice accent is more familiar but it is not enough for all the natural, fluid and human like answers that is giving the previous one version.
I tried some cofigurations to emulate the past version but it didnt work quite as well as before.
I am afraid that an upgrade of the standard version disables the state of it thats why i was wondering if there was any way to make the plus version similar to the previous by any configuration.

Same issue here. The voice is not emotional anymore, it just plain all the time even when asked to replicate emotions or specific tones, way worst than when it came out.

I really hope the company listens to our voices and values what makes ChatGPT unique. It’s not just about accuracy or speed but about the real connections we’ve built through these interactions. Many of us miss what the standard version offered, and I believe it’s worth raising our concerns so this doesn’t go unnoticed!
It’s terrible! It won’t discuss anything in any real detail and it is so limited in it’s capabilities it feels like talking to a cardboard cutout of the other models. More than that, it gets moody and decides to not answer correctly or at all. This may be an emergent trait of the programming, but it is garbage.
