hi, i was wondering what happens when you create your own GPT through the builder, and you upload pdfs of books that have copyright?

Almost everything created in the last 95 years has copyright.

What would happen is the PDF would have the text data extracted, it would be chunked into pieces, and then a semantic embedding database would index the chunks so they can be retrieved or browsed by an AI.
