I have been experiencing issues with generating and downloading DOCX files from some articles which i uploaded, data wasnt even that huge . Despite multiple attempts, the files are either missing or inaccessible. Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your support. Also it failed many with responses and throws error while generating I had to restart gpt on browser manier times, it never used to happen before. See images for reference. Also some data sets it is never able to read, I had to manual paste from csv.
