# GPT Actions Issues with Saving my API Key

I’ve been having issues with saving my API key for my Actions.

I’ve noticed that my API Key doesn’t appear to be saving. When I try running my action, I keep getting 401 error, no API key present. But when I hardcoded the api key in the GPT builder for testing it worked. That suggests an issue with saving or retrieving the key.

Has anyone else seen this? What are the best workarounds?
