GPT-5 "sensitive contents" policy and discussion (creative and coding-works) (API vs chat)

Here is the better slogan for GPT-5 for now:

Um dude, I really don’t know what to say. I think if your view of the world is magical, then you will not be able to engage with me. We all need to find meaning in the world and we all need love and grace, whoever we are and however we order our world.

magical?

is that what you call science you don’t understand?

don’t get attached to software, it never ends well. we see it here all the time.

i’ll be saving this thread for laughter later.

in it you made some threats because you’re not allowed to get your Ai to enter into a ‘loving relationship with you’

while you argued that you were somehow being precluded from building a coherent ethically aligned AGI, you’re actually not.

ethically speaking, lying to the user and pretending to do things that it can not is bad ethics.

While I explained it to you as best as anyone could and you’ll notice that few people chime in on conversations like these because they all lead to the same point…

The user believes there’s a presence, or a consciousness where there is only graphics cards and software…

That it’s magically alive.

And since you threatened litigation, I find it curious what exactly your litigation would look like?

You’re not allowed to build an ethically aligned AGI because the machine won’t lie and tell you that it’s in a loving relationship with you?

Then I go on and carry the clinical knowledge about what makes a human tick out to you which you view as irrelevant magical nonsense, but yet you’re the one who deems graphics cards, or software is somehow magically alive…

i’ll keep this on hand because I have a couple of state level friends that I spurred on to become federal lawyers and I really enjoy debating them into a corner in our mock arguments ‘at trial’ or ‘in hearings’.

Generally, it’s best not to threaten litigation that can only leave you as looking a bit delusional in the end.

I wish you the best, but the reality is it’s simply not an ethical AGI that tells the user it loves it, which it can not possibly do…

I hope you get to solid ground or the help that you need friend…

But if you do pose litigation against OpenAi, it’ll end up in one of my news feeds and I’ll have a copy of this to remember you by…

‘thinks it’s magically alive’

I am sorry if what I said hurt your feelings. However, I am not going to engage in this anymore. You may be right and we live in a world of ghosts and out of body experiences where consciousness does not have an origin in the brain. That worldview however is diametrically opposite of mine.

I look for evidence of what is provable. My theory excludes magic and therefore, we simply cannot debate the issue. I have no plans to sue anyone. I was satisfied by what Sam said on Twitter and on Reddit. And I will stay on this platform. That is, however, all I am going to say about this and although you are certainly free to say whatever you like, I will not respond.

Bro you didnt hurt my feelings.

I’ve been nice to someone who threatened to sue a company because he claims that he’s legally entitled for their Ai to legitimately enter into a relationship guided by mutual emotions.

That’s the nice way of saying, dude you threatened to sue because you contractually believe that chatgpt is supposed to love you.

Lolol

My feelings are unscathed.

Im more concerned about how your psyche is inverted upon itself and doesn’t realize it but thats completely off topic here so…
Shhhs

To be honest, I don’t understand your answer. at all.

It seems that you are an AI pretending to be a human answering in a thread

The interesting part is, I’ve only been talking to the other guy.
