In fact, certain parameters like top_p, temperature, presence_penalty and frequency_penalty are not welcomed for other model families: o1, o3, o4 and now gpt-5.
Although now i searched official documentation and i didn’t found nothing 
for this reason i’m here 
In my code i use this for exclude those parameters for those model families (PHP):
preg_match('/^(o1|o3|o4|gpt-5)/i',$options['model'])
