Is it only me or it’s a new setting? ChatGPT now is giving super short and extremely brief responses, and o1-preview is not working, it never starts the thinking process. Also ChatGPT keeps asking meaningless questions in return to users about their topics, instead of thinking for the users.
And in my account, the o1 just never start the thinking process.
What’s going on? Is that the system prompts requirements?
I fully understand it’s the newest version called “GPT-4.”
And once the quota of “GPT-4.” is used up, it’s back to the normal version of GPT-4o
Am I right?
the final dot is not for period, instead it’s the sign that its version is above 4, because when u turn it into Chinese version, it’s:
so it’s not an integral number, it’s like higher, like “GPT-4.5”
For the most part i have been getting 2,000+ word responses until this week 11/21/24. I’m noticing that i can’t get anything above a 1,200 words. I upgraded to a business account because it claimed to provide longer responses. So far i haven’t noticed any difference between Plus and Business with regard to length of answer. Something definitely changed.
