GPT 4o can't connect internet, can't switch to o1-preview

Hi, I am using a GPT Plus account, not the API.

I think I have been facing some problems that started 2-3 days ago. The issues seem to be:

  1. My GPT-4o model can’t connect to the internet.

  2. I can’t use GPT-o1-preview. When I try to use GPT-o1-preview, it always switches back to GPT-4o because it outputs directly without much thinking process, and without 50 times limits. The same problem occurs with GPT-o1-mini.

  3. My GPT-4o model’s decline in ability is very noticeable.

  4. And it seems my 4o model’s quality drop a lot as well. Don’t know why.

Has anyone faced similar problems, and do you know how to solve them?
