I’ve been having the exact same issue for the past 2 days…any chats with the 4 model results in a longish wait and then an error: “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”

I guess my issue here is that - though a small portion of users were having this issue, there were people reporting it through various channels. I sent messages on twitter, help.openai.com, sent an email, and got nothing. No acknowledgement, not suggestions - absolutely nothing. I haven’t been able to use GPT in 3 days and I pay $20 a month for this service. Will people affected at least receive some sort of rebate or refund?

Still not working for me … been 5 days. Tried via Discord, via help.openai.com … nothing

How is it a small group ? Have you checked discord, there is no proper communication method for these things.

The Help site doesn’t provide anything to contact support, it feels like it’s the standard ‘move you around and keep you busy’ business website.

I perfectly understand downtime and issues can happen but having no communication channel and also getting the ‘small group so it went unnoticed’. Yeah, as a ‘customer’ I feel I’ve been treated like crap.

I just loged out and loged in, I finally get response from gpt-4.


It seems OpenAI doesn‘t know how this problem comes out either. Is it possible this is about the AI itself, or say, GPT doesn’t want to respond to some chosen account?
