GPT-4 is an incredible piece of software, however its reliability seems to be an issue. Its really slow compared with the 3.5 and I have regular network and server errors, making difficult to finish a whole conversation.
Interestingly, when I’m facing errors with GPT 4, if I switch to 3.5 its working but not GPT 4. After several attempts and refresh, GPT 4 seems to recover but then it happens again. Quite frustrating all day.

I’m having the same issues. More than 50% of the time, I get the error:
Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
The rest of the time, the responses do not complete. So far, since yesterday, I have not received a single complete response on GPT-4. 3.5 seems to be working fine.
