I just found out something interesting. I decided to simply ask GPT-4 how many images I can attach in a single post. It said only one. I knew this to be false as I routinely attached multiple pictures. I kept asking about it and it made it clear that it doesn’t understand it’s own operating guidelines. It mentioned being unfamiliar with any update after April 2023 but I was doing multiple images even before this.
This might explain some of it’s hyperaggressive enforcement of content violations and other issues. The AI doesn’t actually know what it is.
