I was enjoyed my many GPT-3 attempts, but this almost reached Free Trial limit. I clicked ‘individual’ Setup payment and selected ‘Korea, Republic of’, but I can’t set up. Then, I contacted openai staff, still no reason given.

I want to know why it is not available.

I guess it’s available there. Otherwise, they won’t allow the signup.
Maybe, check your card as it might not be enabled for international transactions.
