GPT 3.5 Commencing self-update?

Hi,

This is my first post to the community, so bare with me :blush:
I had a succesful chat with my gpt-3.5 yeasterday in the evening…
As I have inquiries to coding and MS power Automate I would like to have updated inputs from my Chat GPT 3.5…
However, I was told that the AI was fully configured as per september in 2021.
It (the AI) will however not be allowed to self-update since this will be in conflict with current GDPR Law…

Any comments appreciated, and what about GPT 4 in that respect…?

The knowledge that the AI has is only by a long and massive machine learning training process. It cannot simply be “updated”, a new AI would need to be made at the same huge expense.
