Getting "You exceeded your current quota", WHILE I STILL HAVE LIMIT LEFT

Hello guys,
I am currently in Tier 1 and still have budget and usage left for my account when I go to Usage but when I use the API or playground with gpt-4o/mini i get an error of “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”

Error :
"You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.”

Monthly limits are one restriction your account may have.

Another is that OpenAI likes you to have a prepaid credit balance available to pay for your API calls, which is likely exhausted. Check:

https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing/overview
