Generating keywords for Text - LogProbs are what?

Hi, is there any more information about “LogProbs” somewhere? I’m trying to decipher this information and I’m not seeing any docs on it?

Basically, I’m trying to generate some keywords for bits of text. If I’m understanding correctly, the Logprobs might help me understand which keywords are most and least “correct”? IE kind of a score? If so, is this the right path? Here’s what I’m seeing in the return objects:
