[General Feedback] The $20 → $200 Pricing Gap Makes No Sense

I realize this isn’t exactly a “feature request,” but none of the categories really fit for general feedback… which is kind of weird. How is there not a simple category for general feedback? Where else are we supposed to put things like this? I’ve picked the closest match, but this feels like it should have a clear home.

Now, the actual point: going from $20/month (Plus) to $200/month (Pro) with nothing in between is absurd.

I want more features and higher limits. I’d gladly pay more than $20. But I can’t justify a 10× price jump to $200, especially when the times I hit Plus limits are infrequent. I don’t need all the power of Pro — just more than Plus. Right now, there’s no way to get that without paying for way more than I’d ever use.

Here’s why this is a problem:

  • Huge missed middle ground: Plenty of users fall between casual and enterprise-level needs. We’re ready to upgrade, but the only option is overpaying for capacity we don’t need.

  • Lost revenue opportunity: People like me would spend more if there were reasonable steps between $20 and $200 — even one or two intermediate tiers would capture a large untapped segment.

  • Market mismatch: Most subscription-based services have multiple tiers to match different usage patterns. Here, there’s an entire customer base being skipped.

Pro is worth it for certain people. But for the rest of us, this all-or-nothing model makes no sense. A couple of mid-tier options — say $50, $80, $100 — would be far more accessible and fair, without cannibalizing Pro.

The sweet spot is missing. And that’s where a lot of us would happily pay more.

I totally agree with you. Willing to pay mo than 20$/month but not 200$/month and i do not need business plan i am a student and i am alone. cannot afford more than 30$/month
