Frequent “Content has been flagged” notifications during voice chats – Request for improvement

Recently, while using voice chat, I frequently encounter the notification:

“Content has been flagged. Please let us know with ‘Not Good’ if necessary.”

This happens even during casual conversations where no sensitive words are used, making it difficult to have smooth discussions.

Since the cause is unclear, I’m unsure how to avoid triggering these notifications.

I would appreciate any guidance on settings or methods to reduce these occurrences. Additionally, if there are others experiencing the same issue or if there are plans for improvements, I would love to hear more.
