Someone has hacked my OpenAi account and is withdrawing money via OpenAi from my bank account. Support doesn’t answer, it seems that no fraud prevention is in place. Help doesn’t reply, no feedback from socials. I’ve exhausted every option provided by ChatGPT, does anyone have any idea how this can be escalated? This is very worrying that there is no method for reporting fraud, I feel like a sitting duck.

Thanks for flagging this for me. Support just got back to me, my account has been restored and the money will be returned to my bank account.
I was so scared that the hackers might delete my account and I would lose all of the projects I’ve been working on.
It’s concerning that it’s so difficult to contact support for urgent matters like this, there should be a fraud hotline to resolve urgent matters like this. Hopefully, this will come soon.
Anyhow, all is good and resolved so I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to get this sorted.
