For a long time, the support team has not responded to my questions!

My API access has been terminated for unknown reasons!
and no one ever explained why?
They haven’t responded to me for around two weeks.
I have participated in an extensive online chat and sent two emails.
I’m not sure what the issue is!

what was the outcome of chats?

They’ve never seen my messages!!

I’ve asked them about something like 5w ago and they still haven’t seen it.
