[Fixed] 🚨 Bug: Cannot Create or Edit Projects – Always “Internal Server Error” (Owner/Admin, ChatGPT Teams, Chrome/Windows)

An ongoing problem for me. I was able to update 2 of a set of 8 GPTs. I’ve tried following various tips and stripping back, tweaking them to no avail. The autosave works but not publishing ‘update’ gives “Error saving GPT - Internal Server Error”
