I am a subscriber to the $200/month plan and am located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. I am consistently encountering the error message “error creating or updating projects” whenever I attempt to create a new project or move existing chats into a project. This issue occurs across all major browsers on Windows (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox), as well as on Android devices. I have already attempted standard troubleshooting steps, including clearing the cache, disabling extensions, and using incognito/private browsing modes, but the problem persists.

The issue persists. I saw on the OpenAI status that it is “Fully operational,” but I still have the same experience.

Maybe we all need to report it under “Help” to get their attention?

I am also unable to create new projects as a plus user. This is definitely not fixed.

Do we have any fix to that? also are you guys on dev mode? because I started having this issue when I I turned on dev mode. turned it back off still having the problem.

Same issue here. Can not create a new project.

I simply get “Error” when trying to update my project instructions. Additionally, I’m not able to delete files but I can add them. However, it’s very clunky atm. It stalls if I try to upload multiple files at the same time, will only upload a couple before needing a refresh if I do them singlely. And I’m talking about 1-3kb text files.
