If you want to translate from English to a language the API is unfamiliar with you’d need to provide it with more examples and a “fine-tuned model” to do it fluently.
I know their is similar question in the Forums But what is the meaning of “fine-tuned model”

I try this with Hindi with 5 examples and results were not so good

So it means here “fine tune” is about how good, the prompts and examples you can give to the API I guess
