I’ve submitted multiple formal tickets as a ChatGPT Plus user (rhino7115@gmail.com) about the abrupt disappearance of the Deep Research (Telescope) feature. Despite clear evidence—including a screenshot showing the feature briefly visible—support has offered no resolution.
I’ve completed all possible troubleshooting:
- DNS flush (Chrome)
- App reinstallation
- Multi-device testing
- Screenshot submitted
Yet, OpenAI has not escalated the issue to technical teams and continues to send generic responses. This isn’t a usage issue—it’s a server-side or allocation bug, and I’ve proven it.
I’m sharing this as a final notice to both OpenAI staff and the community: this case has now entered public tracking. Continued silence will be interpreted as willful neglect.
