Files cannot be analyzed. Error Messages. Support is no help

I cannot upload any files at all.
.CSV files cannot be analyzed.
I continually get messages asking me to reupload over and over.
“I’m sorry this issues persists…”

Support is very, very poor. Can’t login anywhere except for one - VERY hard to find spot at the bottom of some portfolio dashboard.
I’ve exhausted all my options. I’ve had the plus plan for less than 24 hours.
Sort of not liking it all that much. Can’t do anything. Just errors.
