File Upload Stuck while uploading picture, document, etc

Hey Guys - Is anyone else running into the issue that file uploads are stuck at around 60%? I noticed this problem at home with my personal account. Then got to work and realized that it doesn’t work there neither. Additionally today at work a whole company reported the same issue.

Just want to konw if I’m the only one with this issue on here. Pretty sure our Firewall isn’t blocking anything

Last night I just couldn’t upload anything at all. Now the option is completely gone for me.

Having the same problem here since 10 days. Still not working.

I still have the option, but it’s stuck once it gets here:

I think I found the problem… It looks like the Sophos Endpoint Agent (Virus protection) is blocking File uploads there… Just turned it off on my pc and now the upload works. Still gotta figure out on how to create an exclusion for the file uploads in chatgpt

Guys I found a solution to the Problem! We had a case open with Sophos and following solution has worked for us and our Clients:

This was the Error that was logged on our Browsers:

We contacted Sophos for a solution and this worked:

  • Login to the affected Sophos Tenant over the Partner Center
  • My Products >> General Settings >> SSL/TLS decryption of HTTPS websites
  • Add “chatgpt(dot)com” to the exclusions and a justification for the change (This OpenAI Post for example :slight_smile: )

It worked instantly for me after I made the change, according to Sophos it could still take up to 30 minutes for the change to be executed.
