I can’t upload files in ChatGPT 4—it starts but fails at the last moment with a “unable to upload” error.
Strangely, I can upload files when creating a custom GPT. Anyone else facing this? Any solutions?

it does not appear browswer related, as the issue persists on both firefox and chrome.
I have tried deleting all chats and clearing account data, this however does not resolve.
