I am unable to use GPTs, web search and file analysis. Also, email went unresponded by the OpenAi team. I do not know how much time it will take to resolve. If anyone have tried and tested solution please let me know.

same, its ashame, ill mailed openai no response…
only an ai response : check your broweser, update, empty cach… bla bla, i send back its not working… no answer… we are pennuts for them.
Quick question, do you guys sign in through Google, and have a subscription through Google? I’m trying to pinpoint the cause of this. I made a new account through OpenAI ID and added it to the same Teams tenant as the broken account that’s logged in through Google which can’t even do web search any more, and the one through Google acts like it doesn’t have a subscription, even under the teams tenant 4o will not search, while the OpenAI ID account works fine.
No I have separate password for the ChatGpt. But this problem is faced by all, almost.
