After doing my own research, I found additional palindromes such as:
“ಕಟಕ, ಕಣಕ, ಕನಕ, ಚಮಚ, ಜಲಜ, ನಮನ, ನಳಿನ, ನವವನ, ನಯನ, ಸರಸ, ಸಮಾಸ, ಕಿಟಕಿ, ವಿಕಟಕವಿ, ನವೀನ, ಕುಮಕು, ನವಜೀವನ, ಕುರುಕು, ಗುಡುಗು, ಗುನುಗು, ಗರಸು, ಮುಲಾಮು.”
