I’d like to highlight two areas where the user experience could be improved, especially for people who rely on ChatGPT in a more professional context:
1. Feedback flow could be smoother and more inclusive
The process of submitting suggestions felt more confusing than expected. For example, the Spanish version of the help site (https://help.openai.com/es) doesn’t render properly or feels unfinished. Making the feedback process more user-friendly — especially for non-English speakers — would help OpenAI hear more voices and perspectives from its global user base.
2. ChatGPT memory should support proactive reminders
A feature that allows ChatGPT to send reminders based on saved memory items would make it feel much more like a true assistant. Many users (myself included) set long-term goals with ChatGPT, and being reminded at the right time — without needing to initiate the conversation again — would be a game-changer.
