Feature request: Total tokens used in request

Would be awesome to have an extra data along with the response from the API : total tokens used, that would combine request/response tokens used in the interaction.

Thanks, that would drastically simplify the interactions with the API and help a lot in building commercial apps that need tokens tracked for billing Need help on how to approach the API usage metric for user of the app
