The new ChatGPT Windows desktop app currently appears to have a major feature-parity issue with the web version.
On ChatGPT Web, I can access and use Skills normally.
On the Windows desktop app, Skills are not exposed in the same way, even though the desktop app is the surface I need to use for Codex/local development workflows.
This creates a strange split:

Web: Skills work

Desktop: Codex/local workflows work

Users have to switch between two ChatGPT interfaces depending on which feature they need
Please restore full Skills support and management in the Windows desktop app, or at minimum keep feature parity with the web app before retiring/replacing older interface behavior.
From a user perspective, this feels like a regression rather than a missing new feature. The ideal experience would simply be:
ChatGPT Web = ChatGPT Desktop for core ChatGPT features, with Desktop adding local/Codex capabilities on top.
