I would like to submit additional feedback about an important issue I have experienced with ChatGPT.
When I open older conversations from my chat history, conversations with a large amount of content may sometimes show:
“Network connection lost. Trying to reconnect…”
After retrying, the conversation may still fail to connect or load properly.
This problem seems to happen more often with conversations that contain a large amount of content. It makes it difficult to access and continue important long-term conversations that are still stored in my chat history.
I would like OpenAI to improve ChatGPT so that long and existing conversations can load reliably and continue to work normally, without unexpectedly failing to connect or becoming inaccessible.
In particular, I hope OpenAI can improve:
- Loading of long conversations
- Reliability when opening older conversations
- Connection stability while loading conversation history
- The ability to continue existing conversations normally
- Overall performance and reliability of large conversations
I hope OpenAI can investigate and improve this issue as soon as possible, rather than requiring users to wait for a future model generation.
I would like existing conversations and their content to remain accessible and usable, even when they contain a large amount of previous conversation history.
