OpenAI has demonstrated extraordinary leadership in democratising AI capabilities. To extend this leadership and reinforce the value-driven ethos at the heart of your success, I respectfully propose the introduction of a Pioneer Loyalty Program — recognising early adopters whose sustained engagement and advocacy materially contributed to the platform’s global reach.
Specifically, I propose:
- Allocation of additional Deep Research credits for pioneer users, either as a one-off bonus or a monthly enhancement tied to tenure and contribution.
- Implementation of a Loyalty Badge program, offering tangible benefits that acknowledge the strategic value of early adopters.
The strategic rationale is clear:
As acquisition costs for new users continue to rise globally, the lifetime value of committed early adopters — and their network amplification effect — grows exponentially.
Pioneers are not merely customers; they are strategic assets in the diffusion and legitimisation of transformative technology.
