Feature request: GPT 90+ workflow feed and creator monetization

Hello OpenAI team,

I would like to suggest a product idea for ChatGPT.

ChatGPT is already a powerful creation tool, but many new users still do not clearly understand what they can actually make with it or why they should upgrade to Plus or Pro.

My idea is to turn user-approved ChatGPT-created outputs and workflows into a personalized discovery experience inside ChatGPT.

Core concept:

After a user completes a creation with ChatGPT, they can choose to share the final output and a cleaned-up version of the workflow.

Only creations made mostly with ChatGPT, for example “GPT 90+ certified,” would qualify. This would exclude works where ChatGPT was only used for minor editing or small assistance.

Each shared creation could show:

  • the final result
  • the workflow used to create it
  • the ChatGPT plan used, such as Free, Plus, or Pro
  • the features involved, such as advanced models, files, image generation, coding, or long context
  • the minimum or recommended plan needed to reproduce the result
  • a button to remix the workflow and create a new version

This could help new users understand not just what ChatGPT can answer, but what they can actually create with it.

Instead of starting from an empty chat box, ChatGPT’s home screen could also show a personalized feed of GPT 90+ creations and workflows based on the user’s interests.

For example:

  • If someone often asks about business, show workflows for business plans, landing pages, pitch decks, or market research.
  • If someone often asks about coding, show workflows for mini apps, debugging, websites, or automation.
  • If someone often asks about content creation, show workflows for scripts, newsletters, thumbnails, or storyboards.
  • If someone often asks about investing, show workflows for company research, valuation summaries, or risk analysis.

The important difference from YouTube is that these would not just be videos to watch. They would be executable workflows.

A user could see a creation, open the workflow, and immediately create their own version with ChatGPT.

This could create a strong growth loop:

User creates something with ChatGPT
→ user shares the output and workflow
→ other users discover it
→ they gain confidence and try it
→ they see which plan was used to make it
→ they understand why Plus or Pro may be useful
→ they subscribe or upgrade
→ they create and share more workflows

This could also become a new monetization model:

  • free users could watch ads before viewing full workflows
  • paid users could view workflows without ads
  • OpenAI could offer a separate Workflow Premium plan
  • creators could receive a share of ad revenue, workflow-copy revenue, or subscription conversion rewards
  • high-quality workflows could become a marketplace-like ecosystem inside ChatGPT

This would make ChatGPT not only a tool for creation, but also a platform where the process of creating becomes valuable content.

YouTube is mainly a platform for watching content.
ChatGPT could become a platform for creating, sharing, remixing, and monetizing executable workflows.

The key idea is:

ChatGPT is a creation tool, so the things people create with ChatGPT—and the workflows behind them—should become part of the ChatGPT experience itself.

This could help new users learn faster, give creators a reason to share, give OpenAI a new revenue stream, and make paid plans easier to understand through real examples.

If this idea is useful, I would appreciate it if it could be reviewed by the ChatGPT product team. I would also be happy to discuss it further through my OpenAI Community account.

Thank you.
