Product: ChatGPT Desktop (macOS)
Please add date-based collapsing in the sidebar Activity view.
Today Activity is a long flat list. After a few days of use it becomes hard to scan — I cannot quickly jump back to “yesterday” or “last week” the way the old chat list did with Today / Yesterday groups.
Request
- Group Activity items by date (Today / Yesterday / Previous 7 days / Older)
- Make each date group collapsible / expandable
- Optionally remember collapse state across sessions
This would make Activity usable as a daily log instead of an endless scroll.
Related: I am also requesting a dedicated Archived chats category in the same sidebar.
