I use chat GPT for various things and I love procrastinating, so I was thinking, why not allow chat GPT to send a message after a set period of inactivity? This of course would be opt-in and customizable, so it wouldn’t be anything like annoying app notifications.
For example, if I’m writing something and then I wander off, I could set it up in a way that chat sends me a nudge after half an hour… something like “Hey, you were in the middle of something”, or any other sentence the user chooses.
I imagine this feature with an adjustable timer, choice of tone, and option to ignore the reminder in case of certain keywords. I think this tool could be helpful for productivity and accessibility, without being overbearing.
