Favorites Gpts in the Sidebar are gone

Hi Everyone,

when i started ChatGpt today, my whole favorites in the side bar are gone. i tried to log out and log in again, but they are still gone.
Please help, i had over 30 GPTs favorited. for my work.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem ?

You can try - https://chat.openai.com/gpts/mine (as you’re logged in, I assume it will detect and take you to yours).

If you mean your “My GPT’s”?

Hi Mark,
thanks for the fast reply. no, that were not my gpts. i mean when you use available gpts from the searchbar you have the possibility to pin them on left side in the searchbar. and these “Pins” are gone.

same here, almost 30 GPTs I used gone.

It happened the same to me. The bots I pinned on the sidebar, are not accessible now. However this is not happening in my mobile app.
Did you find any solution?
