Deleting a fine-tune model and result showing successfully, but it still appears in the list. When I try to delete it again, it says it doesn’t exist. Anyone knows what’s going on?

I have often seen this same “out of sync” behavior as well. The OpenAI system seems to sync after “some time period” and the list updates.
Don’t have a definitive answer on why this happens with the fine-tuning list method but it is not unusual for large distributed systems to need time to sync certain updates.
