Prism: “Failed to allocate new sandbox” — issue returned and persists
I’m opening a new topic because the previous discussion about this issue appears to have been closed.
I’m experiencing the same sandbox allocation error in Prism reported in the previous topic.
Here is the timeline:

August 12: I was unable to compile my project because Prism failed to allocate a new sandbox.

August 13: The problem disappeared, and I was able to work and compile the same project normally, without making any changes.

August 14: The problem returned.

August 15: The problem is still occurring.
The error I consistently receive is:
“Failed to allocate new sandbox. Please refresh the website.”
Refreshing the website does not resolve the problem.
The fact that the exact same project worked normally on August 13, and then the sandbox allocation failure returned on August 14, makes me believe this is an intermittent infrastructure issue rather than a problem with my project.
I have also seen other users reporting the same error in the previous Prism discussion.
Could someone from OpenAI please confirm whether there is currently an issue with Prism’s sandbox allocation infrastructure?
