I’ve been trying to export my data from ChatGPT, and have been using the export feature to do so. However, even after 24 hours, no download link has appeared in my email. Is there a fix for this?

Same here, tried twice at lease this week, not getting a download link.
Bumping this thread so devs see. If not via the feature on the UI, is there another way to export my personal data?

I’ve gotten two exports successfully in January, and since Jan 1 2025 they now include media, both image uploads, Dall-E generations, audio generation from the advanced voice mode and for one of them, I got Sora video. But the last two times I tried, after it said the export was successful (immediately on exporting from settings) I never got an email. There should be a better place to complain about this. They need to fix the feature, and making it easier to select by date, a search filter, or something. My last download with media was over a gigabyte.

my last one was around 120 MB and I was surprised to see the Dall-E generations included…
