Export data from ChatGPT and email issue

As a ChatGPT Plus user, I have attempted to export data through ChatGPT and it seemed to function smoothly. However, I’m encountering an issue where the exported data doesn’t arrive in my email. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Same here. Used to work flawlessly, with the email arriving within seconds; last success - May 15.

Five exports over last 24h (16-17 May)—no email, despite a pop-up asserting success every time.

I’ve inquired at support@openai.com, waiting for reply.

Same problem. No email received after successfully submitted the request. Tried a number of times. No export data!!

Export worked fine for me previously, but now it stopped working few days ago. I hope it get fixed soon.

Same here - I’ve done exports a while ago but haven’t been able to for a few days - no email arrives.

Given how easy it is to accidentally delete all chat history using the mobile UI (has happened to me once already) not being able to back anything up is a big problem.

Yes, same here I have exported probably 8-10 times since March, and now nothing. Hardly anything is coming up in Search, but one thing said to get into CHAT, and go to a new ‘Incognito Window’, and do Export, didn’t work either. I have cleaned out my Cache + three times…nada, zero.

I have also asked SirChat, about five different ways, and he says he cannot help, sounds, like an ‘inside job’! LOL
