Hi,
My account has been permanently deactivated and I cannot log in to export my chat history.
These chats contain critical law exam notes that are not backed up, and my exams are imminent.
I’ve contacted support, privacy, and DPO but haven’t been able to access my data. Since I can’t log in, the export tool doesn’t work.
Could a moderator or staff member help escalate a manual data export or temporary read only access? I’m happy to verify my identity immediately.
