Exception in Billing History

Hi :blush:

I tried several times last days to access to my billing history and in vain, these exceptions were on the console : Access to fetch at ‘https://api.openai.com/v1/dashboard/billing/invoices?system=api’ from origin ‘https://platform.openai.com’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.Understand this error
api.openai.com/v1/dashboard/billing/invoices?system=api:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FAILEDUnderstand this error.

Hi!
I saw your earlier post about this issue and have been watching for similar reports from users who can’t access their invoices, but haven’t seen any. That suggests the problem is specific to your account.

You could try a different browser, but the best next step is to reach out to support@openai.com.
