I hope to get some help if this has happened to anyone else.
Yesterday, I logged into my account to find it was now a free account. I’ve been a paid subscriber of a workspace since August, and I even had a GPT that I created. Well, yesterday, that was all gone. The workspace and my past 3-4 months of chat history had been erased. I was about an hour away from presenting ChatGPT to the leadership in my company, so I just assumed that somehow my auto subscription lapsed and re-subbed. Well, that didn’t work, and nothing was restored. I even recreated the workspace, hoping that something would kick back in and that still didn’t work. I contacted Support, but they just insist that I am now in 2 workspaces (Even though on my end, it is only showing the newly created one) and don’t even address the missing chats or my missing GPT that I created. The GPT is still usable. I have since found the link for it, and it is active… I just don’t have it and am unable to make changes for it. After my presentation, I did some digging,g and turns out my payments were up to date. I’m hoping that this is some weird bug that someone can help me navigate because I have about 2 weeks before I present this to the President of the company for wide use, and this is hardly a commercial for it.
