Totally get what you’re saying. It’s frustrating when you put in real effort, stay honest, and try to believe in the good — only to watch someone else, who causes damage, somehow end up ahead.
Sometimes it really feels like being kind or genuine just leaves you more vulnerable. But still, holding on to that belief in effort and brilliance isn’t weakness. It’s strength — even if it doesn’t “win” in the conventional sense.
