we had the Zapier webhook working.
We now try to reconnect it, and it connects and then yields this error:
Unable to load tools
Check the server URL and verify your authentication details.
I believe we have the url correct and the api key zapier is providing… it yields this error after it appears to connect and list the options.
Does anyone know why this has stopped working?
same problem. it worked for one day and now gives “unable to load tools”.

i was able to get it to work. here is what I did and my theory:
I had to CLEAR THE ACCESS TOKEN in the MCP connection and set the auth to NONE.
It was using the token before, I’d swear it, but having the token in there made it not work all of a sudden… so weird…
So try to set it to NONE for the auth when setting your MCP connection. Hopefully that helps.
Hopefully we get some confirmation and fixes soon.

What features are you using in the Agent Builder? almost all the same can be done with n8n. So if it’s urgent let me know.
