“Error saving GPT” error message when saving custom GPT

I ran into this error multiple times, and I saw that it was reported almost a year ago on these forums.

Whenever I do some edits on a custom GPT and try to save it, I get a “Error saving GPT” message.

Tried changing the GPT name, adjusting instructions, adding files, removing files, nothing worked.

Is there any fix for this? or is there something that I need to pay attention to?

I already had to re-create the custom GPT once, and re-announce it, I hope I don’t have to do that again.

Any info that helps would be really appreciated.

I am also finding that error and it was connected with trying to make a image that I created as the profile image. After I upload this image, (png) GPT could not save any more. Deleted the image file and it worked.
