I am unable to buy more credits. Every time I try it, I get a message saying there was an error and I should wait and try again.
(it’s not insufficient funds)

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue right away, and to be honest I don’t urgently need additional credits 
Could you please try again, perhaps using a different browser or a private/incognito window?
I’ll keep an eye out for further reports in case the same issue shows up again.

Try changing your card/payment method. Let us know if this happens when you use a different payment method.
