I’m unable to open 2 chats that are pretty important. Every time I try to open them I get this error: “Unable to load conversation 67a21831-4e54-8000-bf0f-de8a1260a96e”.
Does anybody know what the issue might be? Thanks!

Hi I have same problem and unfortunately cleaning browser cache and cookies has not helped, I am not sure if there is more than one chat affected, but the one which is is an important one. It happend just when working in it and it disappeared a few hours ago. I tried the help but I only got general answer, even I was logged in. Does anybody know if there have been general problems a few hours ago? Hope for assistance, I am paid user. Best regards and thanks
New interesting fact: When clicking on the relevant project where the conversation was in before it appears in the list just for a very short time (under a second), if I try to click it same problem → unable to load…
Leave it to OpenAI to consistently have problems. From the simple to the not so simple. Spending more time in dealing with problems rather than getting the use your paying for. Its getting exhusting. Unable to load conversation. Maybe Grok 2 is better.
Same happened to me. Tried scrapping the internet and no solution whatsoever. This is really frustrating.

tried to export data to see if they would show up but haven’t received my data yet
how long does data export take?
Thanks for all your replies. Any additional hints? I think it is crazy that it is showing up for around half a second in overview of project - but not loading.
Same here, one of my conversations just vannished when I was still typing my words!
And I cannot receive export email for days!
When will these bugs be fixed?
