Traces Dashboard is very slow and most of the time fails to fetch.
UI: Error fetching traces: Failed to fetch
Network: https://api.openai.com/v1/dashboard/traces returns 500 Internal Server Error

I face the same issue. And then it stops without doing the work and says 'You have reached the analysis limit." 
It is better for me now. Still very slow but at least it returns the items eventually.
The issue had been resolved long time ago. I’ve not experienced a similar issue since then.
